Can this be made into a private tour for a couple?

Our private group tours are from a minimum of 8 travellers.

when will the group arrive to dubrovnik? I have a friends wedding in Belgrad 19 july and must fly from Dubrovnik on 18 July. I understand there aren't many flights out of dubrovnik and need to make sure I can catch the flight.

the group leaves for Dubrovnik on the 17 July at around 7:30 AM and arrives approximately at 12:00PM, if there are no unforeseen circumstances or traffic. You are more than welcome to depart the evening of the 17 July.

I am currently looking into potentially going on this tour. I have the following questions: What is the average age of the people currently signed up? What is the ratio of boy/girls? How many people are currently signed up? What's the max number of spots? Is this a guaranteed departure? What time must we show up on day 1? Aside from the price displayed for this tour do we need to pay anything else to your company?

Ages: Born in the 1990s and 2000s. Nationalities: European, North American and Oceania. Female/Male: 70/30 female & male travellers. Solo/Group: currently all solo. This group is a maximum size of 16, but we usually have an average of 12 travelers on this guaranteed departure. The welcome meeting on day 1 will be between 5 pm and 7 pm at the reception. There are additional costs for transfers, extra accommodation, optional activities, tipping, and we ask that you allow USD 260-340 for meals not included.

What if I am unable to attend the welcome meeting?

If you miss the welcome meeting, check with the hotel reception for a note from your CEO which includes important instructions.

How do I check if I am 'Good to Go' for my trip?

Unfortunately this tour is in our 18-Thirtysomething travel style, which has an upper age limit of 39 years. We do have many other travel styles for Croatia.

What is the arrival process on the first day of the Zagreb to Dubrovnik tour?

You can arrive at any time on the first day, but try to make it to the welcome meeting around 5pm.

What insurance is required for the tour?

Emergency Medical Travel Insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, and repatriation is mandatory.

You will only arrive in Dubrovnik late-afternoon/early evening on day 6 so we would not recommend booking a flight for that day, but you can depart at any time on day 7.
