  It's not communicated that you have to wait for another flight when arriving in Madrid — we had to wait an additional 40 minutes. I understand it's logistics, but clients could be notified in advance that this might happen so they don't rush at the exit. In the reception documents at Dwo Colours there were different guide names — no precise communication. Policies or standards should be set for babies — the tour is very demanding with many hours on the bus, and one couple brought their approximately one-to-two-year-old daughter who cried the entire time. Very disruptive and you can't say anything. Guide Saray: super good, very dynamic, very knowledgeable, always providing information about the sights at all times. She maintained great order with the group and cared about everyone's time and comfort. Several times she would approach individually and ask how you were doing. I would 100% take another trip if she is the guide. Do not rebook at Hotel Egfil — truly a poor quality hotel. Dirty carpets, bad breakfast and poor internet quality.Show more

  Thank you for the opportunity. I am satisfied with having shared with the group. Originally I felt alone as I couldn't communicate with anyone. At the airport I found four people and met the rest in Madrid. The sharing and the way the local guide directed us made me feel very good — like a family, as he said. That's how we behaved and the sweet memory of touring Europe remains. I would return as soon as I can. I do feel that small details were missing in terms of information, such as how much cash minimum one should bring per person for the optional tours. Obviously one decides, but it would be good to know in advance. Many thanks.Show more

  We paid for two days pre-tour with the guarantee that we would be in the same hotel for all four nights. Three days...
  We paid for two days pre-tour with the guarantee that we would be in the same hotel for all four nights. Three days before the tour starts we were informed that we would not in fact be in the same hotel for four nights, but would be in one hotel for two nights, then have to pack up and move to our second hotel for another two nights. At the end of the tour, the tour manager informed us that the last night we did not have a hotel to stay in as it was not included, which is completely false. The tour was for two nights in Barcelona and two nights in Madrid so we basically double paid for the last night in Madrid and nobody wants to hear about it now to refund the money that was spent on the last night.Show more
