We paid for two days pre-tour with the guarantee that we would be in the same hotel for all four nights. Three days...
We paid for two days pre-tour with the guarantee that we would be in the same hotel for all four nights. Three days before the tour starts we were informed that we would not in fact be in the same hotel for four nights, but would be in one hotel for two nights, then have to pack up and move to our second hotel for another two nights. At the end of the tour, the tour manager informed us that the last night we did not have a hotel to stay in as it was not included, which is completely false. The tour was for two nights in Barcelona and two nights in Madrid so we basically double paid for the last night in Madrid and nobody wants to hear about it now to refund the money that was spent on the last night.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
