  Trip overall was good. But we had bus problems on our trip twice. Because of the bus issue we missed out on some performance at flamingo dance event and the next day we had to rush at our next two destinations as the bus broke down again and had to wait for about 2 hrs to get another bus to complete the trip. I was hoping that Europamundo should compensate for this two issues.Show more

  This was a great tour to see a lot in a short time. Tour guides were knowledgeable. Lots of time spent on the bus, but trip covers a great distance. Had some lovely stops along the way. Clara, our guide in Seville was excellent! We really enjoyed her tour through the city - extremely knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour!Show more

  The tour was a convenient way to visit many places over one trip however it seems like it was barely enough time to absorb each stop. The buses were not great and the microphone and air conditioning seemed to stop too often - very difficult for a trip during summer. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were not very vegetarian friendly despite providing dietary requirements well in advance. There were a number of non-meat eaters on our trip and breakfast seemed to be restricted to sweet pastries and fruit only.Show more

  Tour - had a great itinerary. It was jammed pack with things to do and saw a lot in 6 days. Some days felt long due to all events scheduled. Guide - I do wish our guide was more detailed when speaking (ie. History and facts) during walking tours and on the bus. It felt like he wasn’t passionate about Spain. Hotels - all were great !!Show more

  Overall the tour was ok as I met great people and the itinerary was good however there are many areas of improvement....
  Overall the tour was ok as I met great people and the itinerary was good however there are many areas of improvement. For example it felt that we didn't have time to visit properly the cities. We had free time and I would have appreciated some suggestions on restaurants to eat or more information on how to get back to the hotels where we were staying. Some of the hotels were very far from the city centre and had different standards ( in Granada and Seville were good in Madrid the standard was quite low). I had a very bad experience at the Praga hotel as I had someone coming to my room at 12am. It was a guest who had been given the wrong room key by reception. We had 2 tour guides; Ana was great, quite junior in her role but very caring, helpful and she was always trying to accomodate the different requests making sure that all of us were ok. The other guide Nacho was completely different . He was a friendly guy but he was just doing the minimum required in his jobShow more
