Unbelievable trip to Scotland and Ireland! Was not certain of the partially guided format, however the independent travel by train fit our style very well! All hotels were excellent; breakfast were full buffet style and excellent as well! Provided tours were all very good! Have to be honest, was a little concerned as communication, specifically receiving answer’s to questions between booking the trip and prior to travel was disappointing, however, within a few weeks of trip, and during the entirety of the trip, support and communication was exceptional.Show more

The hotel, was wonderful! The hotel personnel were all very professional and helpful. Housekeeping and hotel areas, and the breakfast and was excellent! The tours were wonderful, however very long days, for 3 days in a row and because the breakfast was only available at 7 am, we were required to take a small bagged lunch, which was not very substantial. There were several miscommunications and confusion with the transfers from airport and to and from but in the end were figured out. Our contact was very responsive and helpful so all in all was good 4/5.Show more
