Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding the services provided. All services included in your booking were delivered in a timely and proper manner, in accordance with the agreed itinerary. The accommodation provided met the standards outlined in the program, and we ensured quality hotels throughout your stay. Regarding the guiding service, the product is clearly described as “partially guided,” which is specified in the product details and in the introductory information. This means that certain portions of the itinerary include guidance, while others are self-guided, as indicated at the time of booking. Additionally, the introduction of the product explains that group sizes may vary throughout the journey: “Group sizes shift naturally from place to place, as people join or move on. This dynamic flow keeps every group fresh, flexible, and perfectly tuned to the community.” Furthermore, as stated in the tour description, entrance fees to national parks are not included in the package price. This information is detailed in the “Tour Details” section to ensure full transparency prior to purchase. That said, we genuinely regret that the experience did not align with your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue working to improve the clarity of our communication and the overall customer experience. Kind regards, Aborigen tours team
