  I joined Rhi for the Ultimate South East Asia tour earlier this year and it was by far the best Contiki I've ever been on, specifically because of how incredible she was as a TM! I got to really immerse myself in every city we stopped in because she had such wonderful local knowledge and recommendations to share. She made everyone on the group feel welcome and safe, and we could not have asked for a better person to spend the month with. I wish Rhi could lead every tour I go on!Show more

  I did the Ultimate South East Asia tour with Rhi for 27 days. The whole time Rhi had the energy and enthusiasm to take us through all four countries. Her knowledge of every place we went was incredible and she always answered our questions. If she couldn’t she made sure it was answered by a local guide. Her attention with our dietary requirements was great and didn’t make us worry. Her recommendations for food places and things to do in free time was extensive and the day sheets were so detailed and we could always rely on them to be where we needed to be. Her expectation of us was also good because it was needed to make sure we were at places on time because the whole entire trip was none stop. I hope I get to have Rhi again in my next trip back to South East Asia.Show more

During the trip, her energy was incredible, filling each day with excitement and fun. She just had the ability of balancing fun with a high level of organization, ensuring every detail was carefully handled without ever feeling rushed, and informing us with all the information about the destination and where to go and what to do. Her caring nature was amazing, as she made sure all needs were met, checking in regularly and offering recommendations tailored to everyone. It was my first trip that a trip manager just knows my personality and my preferences and offers me activities based on that.   I had a Rhi-lly amazing time in this trip. Amazing group, and well planned. Trip manager Rhi knew so many details about everything. She got us setup with add ons and made sure we got to do everything we wanted. She gave excellent day sheets so we could plan ahead and always was thinking 2 steps ahead of what our needs would be. I have been on many group trips and Rhi is the most organized, efficient and detail oriented trip manager I have had the pleasure of traveling with. My favorite part is how Rhi not only knows what her travelers need to know about an area; she has personal connections with the people she works with and meets. They respect her and she respects them. She has a gold aurora and if you take a trip with her you will see just how amazing she and Contiki are!Show more
