The tour was good. Nadia was best guide of all. She was well knowledgeable and informative about the places we visited. Tourist had many questions she explained very well. Love, love, loved her as our guide. Midori was also a very good guide. She was more personal and friendly. She made sure you felt you belonged with her. She welcomed you with charm, extreme energy, and engaged with EVERYONE personally. Very knowledgeable and informative. Ken was more history telling on the tour. I found Ken to be some what angry about the history. Many people on the tour, AMONGST EACH OTHER, felt that Ken should not have went as deed in history that he did which seemed to be with fierce anger. He talked down on people and immigrants on this tour. He scolded people if they just happened to speak to another guide saying, don't ask other guides anything. They know they are not suppose to talk to us. But in honesty, he ŵent very deep with Japanese history and how we Americans an immigrants treated badly Japanese. EVERYONE felt unease on that tour of Hiroshima. Very heated discussion. Should have never gotten to that point. My husband lost his passport on the bus and Nadia and Ken worked very hard together to locate it. It was brought back to hotel for us to pick up on last day of trip. We applaud them on that. 2 days before tour was over, we needed to leave luggage behind to catch bullet train to Hiroshima. When we returned to Prince Hotel our luggage coul not be located. We had to leave our luggage behind at hotel because noone knew where our luggage was and our taxi could not wait any longer for them to find it. They searched over 45 minutes. It was not only our luggage, but more people could not find their luggage that was on same tour. I notified Ken. After research for luggage, they found it and Ken immediately had it brought to the airport where we received our luggage. Ken had a few flaws, but, he was very helpful in making things happen when needed. You guys are very fortunate to have Nadia, Midori, and Ken on your team. Tell them we thank each of them and we were very fortunate to have them as our guide. We do recommend to everyone to take this tour. It was very good and informative. The hotels were great. Some foods were good, some were not. We can't say enough about Nadia. We loved her. Please let our guides know, we know they poured into us and we loved every moment and adventure. We appreciated their time and commitment to us. William and Tanya Washington.Show more
