Flight changes (early notice): We can assist with changing your departure date up to one month before arrival without any charge, provided that the new travel date has the same fare as the original booking. Flight changes (close to departure): If you request a change closer to the departure date, we will still assist; however, any applicable airline fees or fare differences will apply, as domestic flights are generally restrictive. Flight delays: In case your international flight is delayed by one or two days, we can adjust your itinerary accordingly so you can join the tour from the following day. Domestic flights: All internal flights are included in the package price, with 20kg checked baggage and 7kg carry-on allowance per person.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with PrestiGo Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and PrestiGo Asia will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
