We would like to depart from Cairo airport on 16 February to go straight to Siwa, then visit Shali fortress, temple of Oracle of Amun, Cleopatra bath and salt lake. On Day 3 we'd like a sand safari in the morning with sandboarding in the dune then free time in the city. Day 4 we want to drive early morning to the black desert and then go to the White desert in the afternoon and camp there for the night. Day 5 we'd like to visit White desert and then return to Cairo. What would be the cost?

  12 hours from Siwa to White desert is insane, I saw 6 hours via the road south east.

  You are correct that a direct 6-hour route between Siwa and the White Desert once existed. However, this specific road has been officially closed by the Egyptian authorities for the past 13 years. To ensure your safety and comply with official travel permits, we must use the only authorized route. This requires one of two options: Return to Cairo after Siwa for an overnight stay before heading to the desert, or continue to Bahariya Oasis for an overnight stay to break up the long drive.
