    For the selected tour, there is currently no hotel upgrade option available. All travelers will be accommodated at the same hotel to ensure a smooth schedule and overall tour operation. Once the hotel accommodations are finalized and confirmed, we can certainly check if any room upgrade options may be available at that time.

    Outside of the $105 local fee (which I assume are tips) do we need to pay anything extra? Like park entrance fees for non us residents?

    The $105 local service fee typically covers mandatory local services such as driver and guide gratuities and operational service costs during the tour. Aside from this, the tour generally includes accommodation, transportation, park visits as listed in the itinerary, and guide services. National park entrance fees are typically included as part of the group arrangements; however, if any specific departure requires a separate charge (for example, non-U.S. resident adjustments), this would be clearly communicated prior to departure.

    For Intertrips' policy , we can do $500 USD per person as deposit. And the remaining balance is required to be done 2 months before the departure date.

    For single room, the single supplement will be automatically applied and the price will be $1999 per person.

    So is the tour happening or you are not sure ? if not enough people book will it be cancelled / if so when would I be informed ... I ask as I have already had another tour cancel due to lack of people . Please understand I am travelling from Australia and have other places booked in prior and after this tour. I am in the states for 7 weeks and need to already change hotels ( that are hard to book) and soon need to book flights .
