Denver to Cheyenne
You'll arrive in Denver and connect with your guide at the airport. From there, head to the Colorado State Capitol to see that iconic golden dome up close. Spend some time walking around the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver where you'll find shops and historic buildings mixed throughout. Later, drive to Cheyenne for your overnight stay.

Start your day driving to the Crazy Horse Monument, the world's largest mountain sculpture dedicated to Native American heritage. After that, continue on to Mount Rushmore National Memorial to see the carved presidents. Then you'll head to Devil's Tower, America's first national monument, where you can walk some of the scenic hiking trails around this natural formation. End the day in Gillette.

Drive through the scenic Rocky Mountains with mountain views surrounding you the whole way. Once you arrive at Yellowstone National Park, you'll explore the geothermal wonders throughout the area. Check out Upper Yellowstone Falls, Artist Point with its colorful canyon walls, Mud Volcano Area where mud fountains are actively erupting, and other natural attractions in the park. Stay overnight in West Yellowstone.

Throughout the day, watch for wildlife like bison and elk that roam the park.

Begin at West Thumb Geyser Basin, then move into Grand Teton National Park where the Teton Mountains reflect in pristine lakes below. You'll stop in Jackson, an authentic Western cowboy town, and walk through the famous Elk Antler Arches in Jackson Town Square. In the afternoon, head to the Great Salt Lake, sometimes called America's Dead Sea, before arriving in Salt Lake City for the night.

Next, explore Temple Square where a missionary guide will share LDS Church history with you. Then drive to Arches National Park to see more than 2,000 natural sandstone arches including Balanced Rock, Windows, and the Three Gossips formation. End the day in Grand Junction.

Grand Junction - Rocky Mountains - Vail - Red Rocks - Denver
Cross the Rocky Mountains through Colorado's highest section, reaching nearly 12,000 feet above sea level. Stop in Vail for lunch, a popular mountain resort town nestled in the peaks. Later visit Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, an iconic 300-foot-tall red sandstone formation that's also a famous open-air music venue. Then head to Denver International Airport for your departure.
