Most of the trip was wonderful. There were only a couple of glitches. The first one was that during the welcome meeting on the 1st night, the guests that wanted to go to the salt mine already had tickets except the 4 of us. We were told that we couldn't get them until we got to Poland and told the tour guide. Thank goodness he was able to get us tickets even though he said there was a slight chance that he wouldn't be able to get them. The welcome meeting was to have champagne or something but we bought our own drinks which wasn't that big of a deal. I just wouldn't put complimentary drinks on the itinerary anymore. The other thing that went wrong was that our itinerary said we would have a free shuttle back to the airport from Gdansk at noon. We waited and nothing came so we called the guide and she said there was a communication problem so we called an Uber to get us to the hotel. I think we should be reimbursed for this charge.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
