- Day 1
Barcelona
You'll arrive in Barcelona and get transferred from the airport to your hotel. The rest of the day is open for you to walk around and get oriented at your own pace. It's a good time to grab lunch somewhere, take a walk through the neighborhoods near your hotel, and settle in for the evening.

Barcelona
After breakfast, you'll head out on a guided morning tour to see Gaudí's modernist buildings like La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. Next you'll go to Montjuïc Park to take in the views across the city. Later, you'll walk through the Sagrada Familia, and then finish with a catamaran sail along the coast where you'll get a welcome drink and local tapas with live music.

Barcelona to Madrid
You'll have breakfast at the hotel, then head to Barcelona's train station to catch the high-speed train to Madrid. Once you arrive in Madrid, a transfer takes you to your hotel to check in and rest. By evening, you'll meet your group for an authentic welcome tapas dinner to try Madrid's food scene.

Madrid to Porto
After breakfast, you'll drive toward Portugal with a stop in Salamanca, a UNESCO site with impressive architecture that you can walk around on your own. From there, you'll continue to Porto in northern Portugal, sitting along the Douro River estuary. Porto itself is one of Europe's oldest cities and also a UNESCO site.

Porto

Next stop is Ronda where you'll go to LA Organic to learn about olive oil production and try their oils. You'll have the rest of the day free in Ronda.
