      Can I change the dates?

    • Central Asia Travel LPOperatorWritten February 2026

This tour is designed as a partially guided adventure, meaning it combines independent travel with selected guided excursions for a well-rounded experience.

    • Central Asia Travel LPOperatorWritten February 2026

Upon arrival, you will fly into Ashgabat International Airport (ASB) on the first day. On the final day of your tour, you'll depart from Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport (NQZ), previously known as Astana International Airport (TSE).

    • Central Asia Travel LPOperatorWritten February 2026

This tour operates as a guaranteed group departure with fixed dates, and unfortunately we are not able to modify them.

    Asked on January 27th, 2026

It has been listed as "Partially Guided" .......Is the guided or not.. and if so, english speaking?

    Tour Details
    • Central Asia Travel LPOperatorWritten January 2026

For this tour, local English-speaking guides are provided separately in each of the five countries - in other words, there will be five different guides, one per country.
Each guide will accompany the group within their own country, providing sightseeing services and local support.

However, the guides do not cross land borders with the group and do not travel on flights between the countries. At border crossings and international flights, assistance is organized locally on each side.

      TravelerWritten January 2026

Turkmenistan is the trickiest visa to get in the region—could you help me out with an invitation letter?

    • Central Asia Travel LPOperatorWritten January 2026

Yes, we do assist with issuing the visa invitation for Turkmenistan. A Turkmenistan visa can be obtained upon arrival at Ashgabat Airport or at a land border checkpoint (payment on the spot: approximately $100–$120 per person + PCR test fee of $42 per person). However, a visa is issued based on a visa invitation approved by the Turkmenistan Migration Service, and we will assist you with this process.

To proceed, we will need the following documents from you:

      • A scanned color copy of your passport (high quality)
      • A recent passport-sized photo
      • A completed application form
*Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your departure from the region.

We will submit the visa invitation request for the entire group 30 days before your arrival in Ashgabat. The approval process takes approximately three weeks. Once the visa invitation is ready, we will send you a scanned copy, which you will need to print and present to immigration officials upon arrival to obtain your visa.

    Morgan

    Asked on January 25th, 2026

How do we organise International flights? Do you organise them, or does the client?

    Flights / Transfers
    • Central Asia Travel LPOperatorWritten January 2026

TourRadar does not directly organize international flights, as we function as a marketplace connecting customers with various tour operators. Typically, clients are responsible for arranging their own international flights to the starting point of the tour. However, we are here to assist you with any information you may need regarding your tour schedule so you can plan your flights accordingly.

    • Central Asia Travel LPOperatorWritten January 2026

We are usually responsible for ground arrangements, while the client searches and purchases his international flights by himself.
