The tour operator was pretty disorganized. On the first day, it was unclear who we were meeting, as the tour operator didn’t provide the tour guide’s info. I walked around the hotel lobby for 20 mins searching for the guide and asking reception, until the guide found me. He then took me and 2 other travellers to the city center in a SMALL UNCOMFORTABLE Uber where we were all squished together. He got us tickets for the hop on & hop off bus and told us it was included in the itinerary. When I got back home, I saw a charge on my credit card for the bus tour. It is unacceptable for a company to charge without informing me first, and I did not authorize the payment nor did they tell us that it was at an extra cost. The tour company is disorganized and I would not recommend booking with them.Show more

- For any tour departing before July 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
