Our tour guides always do their best to follow the itinerary´s timeline and fulfill activities as planned. However, unforeseeable factors like weather conditions, passenger delays, and traffic jam can occasionally disrupt the schedule. Regrettably, in your group, a few passengers were not punctual, leading to disruptions and the need to cut short some visits.
As per our terms and policies, Europamundo retains the right to modify itinerary details, either to accommodate seasonal variations or at the discretion of the guide. Additionally, in exceptional circumstances such as breakdowns, traffic delays, or severe weather, the order of visits or points of interest might be adjusted. In cases where changes are foreseeable, they will be communicated through your voucher information.
Passengers are responsible for managing their time in alignment with the tour´s pace. Delays can negatively impact the entire group´s experience. We regret that you missed your optional excursion in Rome. However, we must emphasize that passengers were already informed about the tour´s starting time, and those who adhered to the schedule were able to participate.
Regarding optional tours, please note that many venues do not accept advance bookings due to potential cancellations and legal considerations. Therefore, our guides assess availability in real-time. In instances of unavailability, affected passengers are promptly informed and provided with refunds.
Unforeseen incidents can occur during the tour such as the guide´s health issues which lasted 2 days that caused him not to be able to speak properly, unfortunately this matter was not brought to our attention through our hotline/WhatsApp 24/7 numbers (available on your voucher) hence we could not act upon this situation in real time, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Concerning your optional excursion in Budapest, the corresponding amount has been refunded to your bank account.
