Dear David, Thank you for sharing your input about the tour with us. Please note, as outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website: All our overland routes, whether in group or private, unless otherwise noted, include the accompaniment of tour leaders (English speaking) and local guides if specified. Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups may be bilingual depending on the number of passengers. The service may be provided bilingually (usually in English and Spanish), either by two tour leaders, one for each language, or by a single tour leader explaining in both languages. As indicated in our terms and conditions, a moderate level of mobility is required to participate in our tours. Please note that we do not set a cap for the number of passengers in our terms. Drivers for your arrival or departure transfers are not obligated to speak English. They carry a sign to help you to locate them with the Europamundo logo for your pick-up and drop-off at your destination. Regarding the English proficiency of our guides, all our guides have a B2 (Upper Intermediate) level of English to ensure smooth communication with passengers. We understand that some passengers might find specific accents difficult to understand, and we apologize if you had any problems understanding your first guide. Additionally, as indicated in your itinerary, at the reception, you can find an informative sign indicating the telephone number and hours of assistance of our staff. Your time before this moment is therefore free. The hotel staff can help you with all the information you need. Most of our itineraries do not include a meet and greet upon the commencement of the tour. Once again, we apologize for any shortcomings you faced during the tour, and we thank you for sharing your opinion to help us continue to improve. Europamundo team

Thank you for providing us with your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during the tour. Our drivers make every effort to ensure that passengers are dropped off as close as possible to the designated location. However, there are instances where traffic restrictions and geographical conditions of certain locations may prevent them from reaching the exact drop-off point. In such cases, they approach the closest possible location to minimize any inconvenience caused. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to this situation. Transparency is one of our key priorities, and we strive to provide our customers with comprehensive information about our services. Prior to purchasing a tour, we always provide a detailed itinerary that outlines the specifics of the services provided, the distances between each city, and what is included in the tour. This allows our clients to make an informed decision based on their preferences. To ensure a high level of communication and engagement with our passengers, all of our tour guides possess a minimum English fluency level of at least B2 (Upper Intermediate). This ensures that they are proficient in narrating history, expressing themselves clearly, and effectively communicating with the passengers. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your comments, as they assist us in our ongoing efforts to improve our services. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will carefully consider it as we continue to enhance our offerings. Thank you once again for your input, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an improved experience in the future. Europamundo Team

Dear Bonnie, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We deeply regret the inconveniences you experienced during your tour. We appreciate the time you have taken to provide us with your feedback as it gives us the opportunity to improve our services. Regarding your comments, I would like to address each point: Tour Language: We offer the tour in English because it is conducted in this language. Our guides, some of whom are native English speakers while others are not, possess the necessary knowledge to provide this service. Under no circumstances would we offer something that cannot be delivered. We kindly request that you please consider that our tours are often bilingual, or as you mentioned, may also include a third language (Portuguese). Many passengers find this to be enriching, but we understand that perspectives may vary, and we regret if it has been uncomfortable for you. However, we must emphasize that the information provided by our guides remains the same, regardless of the language spoken. Wi-Fi on the bus: As you can verify in the conditions of our reservation, Europamundo does not guarantee the presence of Wi-Fi or a restroom on board the bus. This may vary depending on the distances traveled throughout the day. If you did not feel well, you could have immediately informed the guide of the situation so that they could coordinate the necessary permitted stops. Please keep in mind that the bus cannot stop anywhere; it must adhere to local regulations, and we are confident that the guide did their best at that moment. Your well-being is our priority, and we are committed to finding possible solutions to any inconveniences during the journey. Paris Tour: Each day of your itinerary shows the distance traveled between cities, which also includes picking up passengers from their respective hotels. One of the disadvantages of the roads in Paris is that they are often heavily congested. That's why our departures are usually scheduled for early in the morning, precisely to avoid this high congestion. However, it's something that is beyond our control, and despite our efforts to avoid these situations, it can sometimes be impossible. In such cases, we do our best to provide you with good service and fulfill the scheduled visits. Regarding the mention that the guide had to leave without you, we are deeply sorry for this incident. We have spoken with the guide, and they confirm that the stop was only for 10 minutes, and after 20 minutes without finding you, they unfortunately had to leave because they were on a tight schedule for the Montmartre visit and lunchtime. Also, he tried to call the number provided in your reservation, and when he received no response, he continued with the group. We understand that this may have been a challenging experience, but please keep in mind that when you make the reservation, your agency provides you with all our contact numbers, including our emergency line and WhatsApp. After reviewing our records, it appears that one of our colleagues also attempted to call you but was unable to reach you. We did everything within our power at that moment, and we sincerely apologize if you feel it was insufficient. Schedules and meals: In order to maintain the planned schedule, we may need to adjust other activities. However, I want to assure you that all meal stops are scheduled and carefully considered in terms of the selected locations. Typically, we make use of the services provided by Autogrill, which offer a variety of pleasant cual es la ulfood options during the journey. We deeply regret that these stops did not meet your expectations in terms of the quality and available food options. We want to emphasize that at Europamundo, we strive to create good memories for your trip. We hope that we have been able to clarify the points you mentioned and that there is a dedicated team behind your journey that is attentive to the needs of our passengers. We would have liked the opportunity to assist you during the trip to prevent any misunderstandings. Please know that we are at your disposal if you need to share any further comments or clarify any doubts. Best regards, Europamundo team

Dear Eeva, Thank you for sharing us your concerns, We deeply regret hearing about the issues you faced during the tour. Please note that during the high season of tourism, most hotels experience high occupancy, and we understand that this can be inconvenient for some passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our guides do their best to adhere to the timeline outlined in the itinerary. However, we acknowledge that, unfortunately, in rare occasions, various factors can affect the timing, such as traffic jams, weather conditions, delayed passengers, or drivers, etc. We sincerely apologize for any disruption that these unforeseen issues may have caused you during the tour. At Europamundo, we never try to justify when it comes to our responsibility. Therefore, we have compensated you with the proportionate amount for your missing days. Once again, we thank you for sharing us your input to help us to continue to improve. Europamundo team
