Can a Northern Lights excursion be arranged as an additional tour option during the 8-Day Small Group Journey Around Iceland with Premium Hotels trip? What are the available options, pricing, recommended dates/times during the itinerary, and whether private or small-group experiences are available?

Depending on when their flight lands we can organize this in the evening of the arrival day or alternatively this can be arranged day 2 of the itinerary or on the last night in Reykjavík. The price for a northern lights evening tour from Reykjavík is 79 EUR per person. This is in a big bus.

Can we book this 8 Day Trip for 17th July 2027? Can you please advise if this booking can now be made? We plan to fly to Iceland on 16/7/2027 from Toronto depending on Iceland Airways timetable for July 2027.

We do have the 2027 dates open for sale so you are able to choose the 17th of July 2027 and make the reservation on Tour Radar. We can always add an additional night after you book if you plan to arrive a day earlier.

One of these adults is an 81-year-old who is capable of walking but not very long distances. Stairs are okay. Do you think this tour would work for them? How many people altogether are on your small group journeys? Is there any luggage handling, or does everyone handle their own luggage?

Most of the walking at the stops is not very long distance, but it is always an option to either wait in the bus or at a restaurants or café at the stops if the person does not trust themselves. Sometimes it is also not needed to walk all the way to see the attraction, e.g. both Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss are visible from the parking lot. There is a maximum of 25 guests on our small group tours. There is no luggage handling included, each person has to handle their own luggage.

Can you advise if you will run this tour for 2027. We are considering the 8 day tour leaving on 17 JULY2027. COULD YOU PLEASE QUOTE US A PRICE FOR 2 TRAVELLERS. If not, when will your 2027 bookings come on line?

Iceland is not a cheap location but the Snaeland tour was modestly priced with a comfortable small bus, clean, comfortable hotels and professional, safe, friendly driver/guide. We seemed to visit all major attractions around Iceland. The Forest Lagoon bathing experience (extra cost) was also good/worthwhile.   What type of vehicle is expected to be used on a tour of this size : coach or minibus ?

  We use our Small Coach size if we reach 18 passengers to 25 passengers. And we use our Medium Group Transport if we have below 18 passengers. We do have a few coach sizes in between 19-31 seats so depending on the exact number of passengers booked for the tour we select the most comfortable vehicle.
