Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Seoul
You'll arrive in Seoul and get settled into your accommodation. Later, meet the group in Myeongdong district for a welcome dinner with Korean cuisine. From there, head up to Namsan Mountain to see the night views with the tower glowing in pink, blue, and green.

- Day 2
Seoul K-Pop & Itaewon
After breakfast, travel to the trendy Hapjeong area for a K-Pop dance class with a professional instructor, and you'll get a video recording of the session. Stop by HiKR to learn about the K-Wave phenomenon. Your afternoon is open to explore on your own, whether that's shopping in Myeongdong or checking out Myeongdong Cathedral. Later you'll reconvene in Itaewon district for dinner and drinks.

- Day 3
Seoul to DMZ and Back
Today you'll visit the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea. Walk through tunnels dug by North Korea into the South, take in the area's history, and participate in a Q&A with a North Korean defector. You'll head back to Seoul by around 4:00 PM, which gives you time to freshen up before another Korean dinner in the evening.

- Day 4
Seoul Cultural Heritage & Street Food
You'll explore Seoul's Joseon Dynasty heritage starting with the Changing of the Guard ceremony at Gyeongbokgung Palace, one of the five grand palaces, then wander through ancient courtyards and gardens. If you'd like, try on a traditional hanbok. Walk through preserved Bukchon Hanok Village to see traditional Korean buildings, then check out the vibrant Insadong art street with its galleries and antique shops. Finish the day with a guided street food tasting tour at Gwangjang Market, sampling dishes like bindaetteok and mayak gimbap.

Temple Stay Experience
Travel to a small, active temple in the mountains on Seoul's outskirts. You'll experience temple life with singing bowl meditation, evening bell tolling, and prayer chanting. Share tea and conversation with a monk to learn about monastic life, and have a quiet, reflective Buddhist dinner. This is a chance to reset and recharge before the tour wraps up.
