This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on a tour and I have been on, many. It started with three days in Rome where I had no communication from anyone. There was NO group. There was NO suggestion for excursions or things to see or do. There were communications from the tour company. There was no way to know if there was anyone else in the hotel from our GROUP and when I asked I got no reply. When trying to get information from Fantasia, who ever that was, It was beyond difficult. Then on the third day, after asking multiple times, I found out I was to be picked up at 6:45 am by someone .... a driver....and no one knew who, and taken ???? This saga continued for then entire time. I am writing you a much longer day by review and you will be receiving it soon. I am requesting a partial money refund for this trip.Show more
