- Day 1
La Rochelle
You'll arrive in La Rochelle and check into your hotel for the night. If you get there with time to spare, take a walk through the city to get a feel for the place. La Rochelle to Rochefort

Rochefort to La Tremblade
Leave Rochefort's riverside gardens behind and cycle along paths that were once used by steam trains, now converted into a greenway for cyclists. Finish up in La Tremblade, a village that keeps its authentic character. If you're traveling in summer, there's a sea festival with traditional boats, oyster competitions, and fireworks.

La Tremblade to Royan
Start your day on the Côte Sauvage coastline where cycle paths run throughout the area. You'll bike through Coubre forest and stop at Phare de la Coubre lighthouse for views out over the sea. Continue on forest paths that take you past beautiful beaches, including the village of Saint-Palais. By late afternoon, you'll reach Royan, a seaside resort known for its sandy beaches. The day wraps up with a boat ride in the morning hours.
