Itinerary
- Day 1
Edinburgh - Glen Coe - Fort William - Inverness
Meet your group in Edinburgh at 8:15 AM and you'll head north through Scottish landscapes toward the Highlands. The route takes you through Trossachs National Park and along Loch Lomond, where the famous song has deep roots in local history. From there you'll cross Rannoch Moor and into Glen Coe, a valley with a dramatic past including the 1692 massacre. Lunch happens in Fort William around midday, which sits right at the base of Ben Nevis (4,413 feet/1,345 meters), the UK's highest peak.

- Day 2
Isle of Skye
You'll spend the day on the Isle of Skye with a guide who adjusts the itinerary based on weather and what your group wants to see. The Cuillin Mountains dominate the island's landscape, and you'll head to Portree for lunch, which is known for its colorful buildings along the harbor. In the afternoon, the route goes to Trotternish Peninsula where you can see Kilt Rock cliffs, Mealt Waterfall, and the Old Man of Storr, a distinctive rock formation that rises from the moorland.

- Day 3
Inverness - Loch Ness - Culloden - Edinburgh
This day starts at Loch Ness, one of Scotland's largest and deepest bodies of water. If you're interested, there's an optional Jacobite Cruise where you can look out for the legendary creature Nessie while taking in the views around the loch. After that, you'll visit Culloden Battlefield, where the Jacobites fought their final battle in 1746. The visitor center there has exhibitions about the conflict and what happened. Later you'll stop in Pitlochry, a Victorian-era town along the River Tummel, for a short break before heading back south to Edinburgh, where you'll arrive around 7 PM.
