Our tour director, Daffney and bus driver Ken were excellent. She handled the group with professionalism and fairness. Her knowledge base was outstanding. She is an asset to your organization. Ken was friendly, helpful and a true gentlemen. His driving skills were excellent. This was our 1st bus tour and we would definitely go again if the quality of your staff was like Daffney and Ken. The only negative was the last night of our tour the motel room smelled of smoke that was mixed with febreeze spray.Show more
