  To Whom It May Concern, While we had a wonderful time in Granada and overall enjoyed our trip, we were disappointed with the accommodation choices provided in both Granada and Seville by the tour agency Worldee. Thankfully, the hotel manager at Hotel Cedrán in Granada was kind enough to transfer us to a larger room. The room originally booked by Worldee was the smallest room in the hotel, with no windows and very little space to move around comfortably. Prior to the trip, I had clearly communicated that my mother would be traveling with me (she's 75) and that we preferred a spacious room. I also indicated that we were willing to pay an additional fee if necessary to secure a more suitable accommodation. Unfortunately, our accommodation in Seville was an even greater disappointment. Upon arriving from Granada at Tourist House – Casa de Pilatos, we found that there was no reception desk and no staff member available to assist us. The building keys had been left in a lockbox, and despite following the instructions provided, none of the keys worked or opened the building door. We contacted the property manager and politely requested that she come in person to assist us. However, despite our repeated explanations that the keys were not working, she continued to send instructions via WhatsApp rather than providing direct assistance. At that point, I decided to book alternative accommodations across the street. Fortunately, our new apartment was excellent, and the property manager was welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. On a positive note, the self-guided digital tour was very well organized. I particularly enjoyed using the digital map to navigate the destinations and found it to be a convenient and enjoyable feature of the trip. My recommendation to Worldee would be to invest more time and care in selecting accommodations for travelers. The hotel and apartment arrangements on this tour appeared to have been made hastily and without sufficient consideration for quality, comfort, or guest experience. I have traveled with TourRadar in the past and have consistently had excellent experiences with both the tours and accommodations provided. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this particular tour and its accommodation selections. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.
