  If I make my original booking in December 2026 and later would like to modify/change the dates to 8th-10th Jan 2027, would that be free of charge?

  I can see that the Oxford hotel in Montevideo is already taking reservations for January 2027 for the same price on Booking.com, so I'm a bit surprised they said otherwise when you checked with them.

  Unfortunately the hotel has a different commercial policy and prices with Booking than with other agencies like ours. So, we completely understand if you want to go ahead and book directly with them. We can start working on this booking in 2026, when we get our agreement for next year prices with the hotel.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Hi Travel Argentina. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Hi Travel Argentina will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Hi Travel Argentina" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
