Everything except the last hotel we stayed in. That could have been much nicer, and it was a let down after such a great tour. It was also after we submitted our survey cards. So in that sense it felt a little sneaky

Too many shopping stops. More landscape or cultural stops would be an improvement. Rest stops at a gas station cause "dead time" until you get back on the bus. A rest stop at a park rest area for example. Most disappointing was the stop at a wool shop 35 minutes after we left breakfast and bathrooms. Very tacky. No one wanted to buy coffee and food again and only 10% of the bus was interested in shopping at this time. Having travelled with Trafalgar, we were surprised that our guide was also the bus driver. This led to reduced interaction. In the full 6 day experience there was only two seat changes made. Our own experience and that of others we spoke with was that our guide had very little interaction prior to us physically being on the bus, then it seemed he was in character. As a bus driver he was fabulous however as a host he seemed to over complicate instructions and explanations of areas and things to do when off the bus in the evening. Overall the company organization was excellent. We had no issues. On the tour, our daily itinerary and meal situations were never discussed at the beginning of the morning. They seemed to be disseminated as we were arriving at locations. Just going over the upcoming day before moving the bus would be a positive addition. The final hotel [Academy Plaza] was well below expectation based on our previous accommodations. The rooms were embarrassingly small. Other couples were also very disappointed. Everyone had two suitcases and there was no room to open them without having to walk around them to get in and out of the room. Very, very disappointing. Find a better hotel for the last night. That is what becomes the memory of the trip. Overall we enjoyed the tour, however, would we book the same tour? No. Thank you for the opportunity to respond

Don’t talk this tour with Colm. 43 in group way too big. Driver was also the tour guide. He NEVER stopped talking - it was unbearable - Colm was a good driver but his incessant talking ruined our vacation.

Austin our bus driver was a wonderful guide! The sights were just enough in my opinion with a nice amount of free time! There was NO WAY we could rent a car and see what we saw! Happy we did it and would do it again in another city when the time is right!
