- Day 1
Casablanca to Rabat
You'll land in Casablanca and head to Rabat by transfer. After you arrive, the rest of your day is open - this is your chance to walk around, get a feel for the local rhythms, and grab some food whenever you're hungry. Timing depends on when your flight lands, but you'll have time to settle in either way.
- Day 2
Rabat
Start with Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, then make your way up to the clifftop Oudayas Fortress. From there, you can walk through the old medina and take in the narrow streets and local shops. It's a solid day for seeing the main sites Rabat has to offer.

Rabat to Tangier
Head to the train station and board Morocco's high-speed Al Boraq train headed to Tangier. Once you arrive, you've got time to explore the city's mix of cultures. Check out Cape Spartel, walk through the Rmilat forest, visit the kasbah, and dig into the medina to find smaller spots most people miss.

Tangier to Chefchaouen
You'll travel to Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains - the town known for its blue buildings everywhere. Spend time walking the cobblestone medina, then visit Outta Hammam and Ras El Ma. Later, you'll attend the Hadra Chefchaounia, a traditional Sufi musical ritual with music, hymns, and prayer all woven together.

Chefchaouen to Fez

Fez
Explore Fez's old medina, which is UNESCO-listed, and see the theological colleges and intricate mosques throughout. This evening there's dinner entertainment with a belly dancer.

You'll take a scenic drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains heading toward the Ziz Valley. Along the way, there's a stop to see endemic macaque apes in their natural habitat. By evening you'll arrive in Erfoud.

Erfoud to Merzouga Desert
Start in the ancient town of Rissani on the edge of the Erg Chebbi Desert. You'll take a cooking class and learn to make medfouna (Berber pizza) for lunch. This afternoon, a jeep safari takes you deep into the Merzouga Desert. You'll reach a desert camp where there's traditional Saharan music and dancing, then dinner under the stars around a campfire. Sleep in an elegant Berber tent.

Skoura to Marrakech
