  Can you confirm to me the following: - meal plan, only breakfast or all-inclusive? - if only breakfast, are there always places to eat nearby hotels? what is the average rate for a meal in USD (nothing complicated, let's say chicken/potatoes, no seafood) in Panama? - pick up upon my arrival à PTY airport and drive back is included, correct? - you book for me all accomodation? - will all accomodation have good free WIFI, and possibly air conditonned, and a swimming pool? - being honest and frank, what are the hidden costs, not included in the price provided by Tour Radar, which I have to pay extra? (credit card accepted all over?) - tour will depart even if you do no have enough participants? any minimum number of persons?

  The accommodation at Crowne Plaza includes breakfast only. Since you will have the San Blas tour and the full-day Panama City tour during your stay at Crowne Plaza (both tours includes Lunch), you would only need to cover dinner. You can dine at the hotel restaurant or at nearby restaurants. At Gamboa Rainforest Reserve, all meals are included, along with one beverage per meal during your stay (except for lunch on the day of check-out). At The Westin Playa Bonita, the plan is standard all-inclusive, which includes all meals and all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The average cost of a meal in Panama is approximately USD 20, and if dining at hotel restaurants, the average is around USD 35. All hotels include free Wi-Fi. Airport–hotel–airport transfers are included, and for the tours included in this package, there is no minimum number of participants required. There are no hidden costs. The only additional payment is for the San Blas tour, where a USD 22 local comarca fee must be paid in cash, as this fee does not accept card payments or transfers.

  Can you confirm it's buffet style and not 1 imposed meal? As I do not eat a lot of different food. I'm more into meat and fruits (no seafood, no veggies). What time is pick up from airport? I would arrive around 05:30PM. On March 22, returning to Panama city...the overnight March 22-23 is not included, correct? what time are we supposed to be back? If I want to stay one more night in Playa Bonita, is this possible? how much extra would it be?

  At Gamboa Rainforest Reserve and The Westin Playa Bonita, meals are served buffet-style, with a wide variety of food options. For the San Blas tour, meals are usually seafood; however, we can request chicken instead. For the full-day Panama City tour, lunch is a pre-set menu with two options, and you can choose one. This is traditional Panamanian food. If you decide to book, all transfers between hotels depart at 1:00 PM to the next destination. You must arrive on March 15 during the day, and from the airport you will be transferred directly to the hotel. The night of March 22 is not included, as departures take place that day. If you wish to stay one additional night at The Westin Playa Bonita, the cost would be USD 297.

- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Panamazing DMC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
