The staff at this agency are exceptionally kind and responsive. They promptly addressed my concerns and even upgraded my stay in Naples to a larger room, which I truly appreciated. However, I would not recommend this tour for solo female travelers. I had spent the previous week exploring another part of Italy and had a wonderful experience, unfortunately, this particular tour fell short of expectations. The hotel accommodations were quite small and not very clean particularly the property in Naples. Hotel Garibaldi, located near the terminal, felt unsafe due to the surrounding area, which was noisy and poorly maintained. The tours departing from Naples were also disappointing. Much of the time was spent on the bus or on a boat, with only 45 minutes to an hour allotted at each destination. While I value efficiency and organization, I felt this structure limited the opportunity to truly enjoy and experience each location. I understand that every traveler’s experience can vary, I feel it’s important to share my experience during this trip and hope it will help others.Show more
