Do you do private group tours if we have adequate numbers?

We have one departure date open, November 30th - December 6th. We have already started selling into this date, so it would not be completely private since we have already sold some seats. However, we could potentially look into making a group trip for you "within" this departure date if you don't mind up to 19 other passengers traveling with your party on the same coach, at the same hotels, etc.. This date is not a "guaranteed" departure until it meets a certain number of travelers, which likely 15 or more people would go a long way towards making this number. If you are not open to sharing space with any others, we may need to see if another tour date could possibly open before next year, but the rates per person will definitely be higher than the retail rates posted, because you would be making up for a smaller number of guests sharing the overall expense of the tour. Please note, we don't usually start this tour before the last week of November, to make sure the Christmas markets will be open during your visit.

  We are able to offer a more private experience with our tours. We are able provide a private Tour Manager and a private bus for your group. The group will be staying at the same hotels, and the itinerary would be the same as an existing tour, but the group will be separated from the rest of the tour group. The cost for your size group on this tour is 15% surcharge per person. Currently, we have November 30th, December 14th and December 16th available for your size group.
