Excellent customer service and coordination on logistics from the company. Hotels were in good locations, but very, very basic. As a frequent traveler, I enjoyed this experience and appreciated the quick responses when I needed assistance. That being said, I would recommend this tour for independent, experienced travelers who can pivot easily and arrange their own excursions. If you are a novice traveler who would benefit from chaperones and structured activities, this tour would not be for you.Show more

This was a vacation to remember. The tour company provided great support in accommodating my travel partners and I with details on the hotels, train rides and setting up tours in several major cities. We also had the opportunity to visit other historic sites. The 13-day train trip from London to Rome through Paris, Zurich, Milan, and Florence is a thrilling and scenic ride across Europe, and includes six major destinations into a very short window, this was great for our first time in Europe. The train rides—especially cutting through the Alps toward Zurich and Milan—offer gorgeous window views. Each European high-speed trains drop us right in the middle of town; where we experienced a taste of English, French, Swiss, and Italian cultures all in under two weeks. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting for the first time - you will be very happy!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with STM Tours LLC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and STM Tours LLC will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
