We had a marvelous holiday in Athens, Santorini and Crete. Greca Tours took care of the hotels, transport, and a few local tours. Our agent, George, responded quickly to our concerns, was very professional, and wrote english well, responding quickly to our concerns. However, after we sent them the balance owed, he disappeared, and the remaining staff was not quite as efficient. I would have given them 5 stars, except I had to contact them many times before we received an accurate "master voucher". And, even then, i sent them an itemized itinerary. But still, they did not provide transportation from the Cretan port to our hotel, citing it was in walking distance. This is something they neglected to mention. All in all, Greca Tours is a good and reliable travel agency.Show more

Our guides did a good job, taking good care of us. The bus, the hotels were very comfortable. My major complaint is, that the itinerary we received was only partially accurate. In Pergamon we did not go to the steepest Acropolis instead we visited Asclepius, yet both are mentioned in the itineray. The itinerary from Greca talks about visiting Bursa, Green Mosque...Apparently that is left out, yet it is still part of the itinerary. We never received clear instructions where we would be met in the arrival hall at Istanbul airport, even though I asked ahead of time. It took acphone call to figure it out! How difficult is it to let us know that we had to go to exit 9!!! So Greca is really not updating the itinerary. There is a major communication issue and I am not haooy about it!Show more
