DONT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY! READ BELOW: We paid 1,000€ for a 6-day "luxury" tour (March 23-28) and it was a total scam. They promised 4 and 5-star hotels, but what we actually got were "heritage" rooms that were just old, dirty, and falling apart (e.g Elephant Passage, Niraamaya Retreats Cardamom Club and Echo boat—broken fixtures and zero maintenance). You can check the Photos and Reviews of those places yourself online, all hotels were really old and wouldn’t be worth 40€/night. The worst part was the "private car." They stuck us in a cramped, beat-up Skoda with a driver who drove like a complete maniac. My partner and I were so motion-sick from his reckless driving that we had to take anti-vomiting pills every single day just to survive the trips. When we complained, nothing changed. On top of the huge upfront cost, we had to pay for every single meal (except for breakfast) , every entrance fee (except for one entertainment event) , and every activity ourselves. The driver basically just dropped us at “tourist places”, which basically were nothing touristy, waterfalls with no water, spice garden, and waited for his commission. We had no guide with us, literally you could look up things to do in Kerala and book an uber and go yourself rather than spending the moeny on this scammy agency. We eventually had to terminate the tour early because we felt unsafe and miserable. The agency then refused to refund us for the remaining days we didn’t use. We’re now in Bengaluru booking new hotels out of our own pockets just to escape this mess. Don't make the same mistake we did. This company will take your money, put your safety at risk, and leave you stranded. Truly unprofessional and unapologetic I would’ve given them a zero star but one star is because they agreed to change our hotel for Takhaddi, after my partner complained to themShow more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Go My Journey. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
