- Day 1
Bagdogra to Darjeeling
You'll arrive at Bagdogra airport and get picked up for the drive to Darjeeling, which sits at 2,100 meters in the Himalayan foothills. The drive takes several hours, so there's time to grab lunch or refreshments along the way if you'd like (you'll cover that yourself). Once you check into your hotel, the evening is free to wander around Mall Road and Chowrasta. Stop by for some of the local Darjeeling tea that the region is known for.

- Day 2
Darjeeling
This starts early at 4:00 am if you want to head to Tiger Hill to see the sunrise over Kanchenjunga (weather dependent and requires permits). On the way back, you'll pass through Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop War Memorial. After breakfast, a half-day tour covers the Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Tenzing Rock, and Gombu Rock, plus views across the tea gardens. Later in the day, head to the local market if you want to pick up souvenirs.

- Day 3
Darjeeling
After breakfast you'll visit Happy Valley Tea Garden for a guided tour and tea tasting. The Ropeway is available next (depending on whether it's running that day). From there, you'll see the Himalayan Zoological Park, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, and the Tibetan Refugee Centre. Back at the hotel by late afternoon, and the market is nearby if you want to explore again in the evening.

Tinchuley and Takdah Excursion
This is a full-day trip to Tinchuley and Takdah, around 28 kilometers out from Darjeeling. You'll start at the Orchid Center in Takdah village, then head to Gumba Dara Viewpoint for views of Kanchenjunga. Next comes Tinchuley Monastery and Lovers Viewpoint. There's also a nature walk through the Alpine forests at Lamahatta and a stop at a sacred lake. You'll get back to Darjeeling for the night.
