If you like bad news, do not read this. Europamundo was the worst traveling company we have experienced. They are the bottom of at least 20 or more of our travel experiences. Your transfer driver did not show in Mexico City to take us to the bus station!. We spent hours trying to contact them. Finally, four hours later, someone shows up to take us to the bus station. Of course the bus had left; we had to wait for another bus. We arrived to our next bus station and of course there was no one to transfer us to the hotel. We had to make our own arrangements. We would feel somewhat better. 1) you acknowledge and notify us you received this information. 2) your company would reimburse us for $86 US dollars. Our second complaint was the female tour guide Elba, she never shut up on the bus. The majority of the passengers were disgusted, went to sleep as she talked on and on and on. I mentioned this problem to the male guide, Adan, and he stated” I’ve told her and told her this was a problem and she doesn’t even listen to me.” Some passengers on the bus were going to file a complaint to the CEO of Europamundo. The bus driver, his assistant, the places of interest, local guides, hotels, and food made the trip palatable thank you, Richard and Jean Mills.Show more
