  I am looking for a 10 to 12 day tour to Mexico covering the historical, Unesco sites and possibly some wildlife (only if possible). Looking at early Dec departure. I am only looking at tours where you have good reviews... please send me these reviews? I am also a solo traveller - 62 years of age. Fit to travel and with a sense of adventure. Fully guided tours only please.

It is a regular group tour with English-speaking guide services, so you will travel with other passengers and have a guide throughout the itinerary. Since you are 62 years old, the senior discount would not apply yet, as this discount is available for travelers 65 and older. I have also added the single room option to your quotation. If you prefer, we can also offer the shared room option to avoid the single room supplement.

  Can a private tour be arranged for a large group of approximately 40 to 100 people? Can the tour be 100% in English? Is it possible to make modifications to activities while keeping main destinations? The group wants authentic Mexican experiences like meals at haciendas and craft workshops instead of crowded tourist attractions.

We can accommodate modifications to certain activities to match your group's interests, such as enjoying a traditional meal at a hacienda, participating in a weaving or handicraft workshop, or incorporating other local cultural experiences.     The tours seem too fast-paced and overwhelming with too much time on buses. Most people are seniors who prefer a calmer trip. We would like a tour that is more relaxed with optional activities, relax time, and real Mexican cultural experiences. Starting in CDMX visiting Mexico City, Puebla, Oaxaca over 5-6 days, then flying to Mérida, visiting the city with optional hacienda meal, taking Tren Maya to Playa del Carmen, with accommodation close to 5th Avenue in a 4-5 star hotel but not all-inclusive.

    For Magical Escapes, can it be done calmer without rushing and less time on buses? On day 4 in Querétaro, is it possible to have a craft activity or workshop? Can we remove Tula and go directly from Querétaro to Puebla to have free time, and have a meal at a hacienda? For Yucatan Pearls, can you pick up from Oaxaca airport and drop at Mérida airport? Can we have more time in Mérida with another cultural activity? On day 2, where would accommodation be, Rio Lagartos? On day 3 the itinerary seems rushed, is it possible to stay in Valladolid and transfer to Playa del Carmen the next day? Is it possible to add a visit to a big, colorful street market?

Travel times depend mainly on distances between destinations, so they cannot be changed significantly, but we will review to make it as comfortable as possible. Yes, we can include craft or artisan activities in Querétaro once we have travel dates. Yes, we can remove Tula visit. Yes, airport transfers from Oaxaca to Mérida can be included in the quote. Yes, we can add more free time or cultural activities in Mérida, but we need flight times. Accommodation on day 2 depends on travel dates; hotel options in Rio Lagartos are limited, so for groups over 40 people, Valladolid is recommended. Yes, two nights in Valladolid is possible depending on final passenger numbers. Yes, we can include a visit to a large, colorful local market. All these modifications are viable in private tour mode and a customized quote will be prepared.

    For Playa del Carmen accommodation, can they change it to a hotel near 5th Avenue? We don't want an all-inclusive hotel, we want to be near the 5th Avenue so the group can walk and explore the city. They will also visit Xcaret, so an all-inclusive is not convenient.

    Yes, thank you for the observations. We will request that the modifications be incorporated, including the hacienda meal in Puebla and the cultural activity in Mérida. We will also review the possibility of changing the accommodation in Playa del Carmen to a hotel located closer to 5th Avenue, keeping in mind that you prefer a hotel that allows you to walk and explore the city instead of an all-inclusive option. We are working on these adjustments with the department and expect to have an updated proposal as soon as possible.
