Itinerary
- Day 1
Mestre
You'll arrive in Mestre and get settled into your hotel. That evening, your guide meets with you to go over what's coming up on the tour and hands you a special travel card that gets you unlimited access to Venice's water and land transportation. If you're interested, the guide can take you into Venice for an evening walk through the canals and streets.

- Day 2
Venice
This day focuses on Venice's main sights. You'll travel along the Grand Canal and see St. Mark's Square and the Basilica with its famous mosaics, then check out the Doge's Palace. After that, you walk through the narrow streets and cross the Rialto Bridge. There's free time built in to wander around on your own. Optional gondola rides and dinner at restaurants are available later in the evening.

- Day 3
Venice - Murano - Burano - Ljubljana
After checkout, you head to Murano where glass artisans work with molten glass right in front of you. From there, it's over to Burano to see the colorful houses and check out local lace shops. Later you travel to Ljubljana, Slovenia and check into your hotel there, with the evening free to explore restaurants and get a feel for the city's atmosphere.

- Day 4
Ljubljana - Lake Bled - Ljubljana
A guided tour takes you through Ljubljana's landmarks including the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, the baroque Town Hall, the medieval Town Square, and the Triple Bridge. After lunch, you head to Lake Bled where you'll take a traditional boat to the island church. There's time to visit Bled Castle on the cliff or try the local krempita cream cake with views of the lake. You'll return to Ljubljana in the evening to try some of the city's restaurants.

- Day 5
Ljubljana - Postojna Cave - Goriska Hills - Portorož
After leaving Ljubljana, you go to Postojna Cave about an hour away and take an electric train through the underground landscape with stalactites and stalagmites. Next is the medieval village of Smartno where you taste local white wines like Rebula at a winery. By evening you arrive in the coastal town of Portoroz and check in.

- Day 6
Portorož - Grozjan - Motovun - Porec
You visit Grozjan, a hilltop village with cobblestone streets and galleries. Then comes a truffle-hunting demonstration in the forest with a hunter and his dog, where you'll learn about finding white and black truffles. Afterward, there's a tasting of truffle-infused cheese and sausages with Istrian wine. The afternoon takes you to Motovun with its medieval architecture and views of the forest, then you check into your hotel in Porec.

- Day 7

You explore Rovinj's old town with its 18th-century Venetian buildings and walk through Grisia Street for art and shops. Then it's to Lim Bay where you'll have lunch at a seaside restaurant with fresh oysters, mussels, clams, and scallops. Later you go to Pula to see the Roman amphitheatre and other ancient structures like the Temple of Augustus and the Triumphal Arch. You return to Porec in the evening.

Porec - Opatija - Plitvice Lakes National Park
After checkout, you stop in Opatija for coffee and walk along the Lungomare promenade with sea views. Then you drive through countryside with villages and glimpses of the Adriatic before reaching Plitvice Lakes National Park. A guided tour shows you the 16 cascading lakes that are part of this UNESCO site. You'll have time at nearby restaurants before checking into your hotel.

- Day 9
Plitvice Lakes - Trogir - Split
You travel to Trogir, a UNESCO site on a small island, and walk through medieval streets with Romanesque and Baroque architecture, seeing the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence and other landmarks. Later you continue to Split and explore Diocletian's Palace with its streets and markets, plus the Temple of Jupiter and Cathedral of Saint Domnius. The Riva promenade is great for a stroll before you check in to your hotel.

- Day 10
Split - Hvar Island - Split
A high-speed catamaran takes you from Split to Hvar through the Splitska Vrata strait with blue sea views. Once there, you walk through the traffic-free streets and see the Renaissance Cathedral, Benedictine Convent, and other churches. There's plenty of free time to choose what you do next, whether that's a boat trip to nearby islands, relaxing on a beach, hiking to Milna Bay, or having lunch at a local spot. You'll return to Split in the late afternoon.

Split - Pelješac Peninsula - Dubrovnik
You drive along the Dalmatian coast with views of islands, vineyards, and stone villages, then cross the Peljesac Bridge to the peninsula. At a local winery you'll taste Plavac Mali, the region's red wine, and learn about the old vineyards. A quick stop in Ston lets you try the famous oysters before you continue to Dubrovnik and check in, with the evening free to explore on your own or have dinner.

Dubrovnik
A tour takes you through Dubrovnik's main sights including Stradun, Placa Square, the Pile Gate, and the Rector's Palace, plus the city port and walls. You'll hear stories about the historic Republic of Ragusa and the Game of Thrones connection. After the tour, free time gives you options like lunch on the walls with views, taking the cable car to Srdj Hill for panoramic vistas, walking the 2 km stretch of walls, or joining a sunset cruise on a replica 16th-century wooden ship.
