Itinerary
- Day 1
San José
You'll arrive at San José airport where an agency representative meets you. From there, a transfer takes you to Hotel Balmoral with your travel documents sorted out. After settling in, you'll have your first night to rest before the adventure begins.

San José to Río Sarapiquí
Pick up your rental car in San José and drive about 2 hours to Río Sarapiquí. Once there, you'll get a safety briefing before heading out on the river for white water rafting across roughly 20 rapids. Lunch happens after the paddling, then you'll drive to your riverside lodge for the night.

Río Sarapiquí to La Fortuna
Start early with a horse riding tour at Hacienda Pozo Azul. After that, you'll switch to a canopy tour where you're swinging through the rainforest across 12 different sections. By afternoon, you'll drive to La Fortuna where you're staying for two nights.

- Day 4
La Fortuna
After breakfast, you get picked up for either a mountain bike tour at the volcano's base or a hiking option if you prefer. The rest of the afternoon is free, so you can wander around La Fortuna or check out the Arenal volcano area on your own schedule.

- Day 5
La Fortuna to Guanacaste
You'll drive past Lake Arenal, which is Costa Rica's largest reservoir and supplies power to the whole region, on your way toward Guanacaste. In the afternoon, you can choose to visit a spa for some downtime or explore the Red Lagoon, which is a striking lava formation along the river.

- Day 6
Guanacaste
This day is packed with action. You'll zip line through a canyon on steel cables between rock faces and navigate overhangs while taking in the views from small platforms. Afterward, there's tubing downstream, an option for a riding tour, and then thermal baths to soak in and wind down after everything.

End of Trip
