The booking process was very easy. Ms. Cathy, the travel agent, was readily accessible and handled everything to our liking. The places visited were beautiful, everyone was very kind and polite. Tour guides were awesome. The only site that is not worth the time was the golden bridge because it’s part of an amusement park not an actual national landmark. I hadn’t known that prior to booking. Word of advice, always go for the 4star package.

Our recent trip was a bit challenging because went during rainy weather, which limited our visit Ban Gioc Waterfall and Cao Bang. I think it's best to visit between Sepember to December when the waterfall is clearer and more beautiful. Our tour guide, Mr. Son, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. As for the driver, Tuan Anh, He was excellent - a skilled driver, especially on moutain roads. Regarding accommodation, we stayed at Sunny Hotel. It's a 3 star hotek, but being a 3-star in a mountainous region, it's understandably not a par with a 3-star hotel in the city. However, the roos were decent and clean. We had a buffet breakfast. I noticed that when there are fewer guests, the buffet offers fewer dishes, but when the hotel is crowed, there's a greater variety. The breakfast was quite good. Regarding the dining experience, I found that the restaurants arranged for us were modest but served delicious local moutain specialties, which suited our tastes well. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the quality of the service, despite the weather not being ideal. Thanks to Ms Jennie for support us on the trip. We will definiely recommend you to our friends.

We chose Bee Gng for our trip to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam to celebrate my 50th Birthday. The attention to detail was first class- everything worked really well. They found great guides and drivers for each place and their choice of hotels was excellent. The details provided in advance were great quality and very detailed - it almost seemed too good to be true- yet everything listed happened almost exactly as promised. When it was slightly off it was not due to galatourist, yet they quickly acted to make things right. My advice would be to check the details of trips and sights and explain the things you like and don’t like doing- this company will really work hard to match your needs and make the perfect trip.I highly recommend them and especially Ms. Jennie.

Approximately how long does it take from Cambodia border to the 1st hotel in Cambodia? I believe most places only accept cash on purchase. Does all the hotels have money exchange facilities. Can we use the credit card anywhere on our tour?

    • Bee Gng International Joint Stock CompanyOperatorWritten January 2025

From the Cambodian border to the first hotel in Cambodia, the transfer will take around 3–3.5 hours. Most places only accept cash for purchases. While some hotels may offer money exchange facilities, it's advisable to prepare some cash in advance. Credit card acceptance is quite limited throughout the tour. It's strongly recommended to exchange enough cash for daily expenses to avoid inconvenience.
