We actually were not in any group tour, because we only wanted to concentrate on the 3 cities which we had not yet fully explored: Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia. Firebird Tours did an excellent job at reserving us hotels in prime locations, scheduling and coordinating a multitude of privately-guided tours in each city, our intercity domestic flights, private cars to and from the airports, plus numerous other details.
