You'll arrive in San José whenever works for your flight. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and get comfortable at your hotel. Later in the evening, head to the welcome meeting where you'll connect with your CEO and the other travelers on this trip.

- Day 2
San José to La Fortuna
This morning you're driving out to Sarapiqu\u00ed to visit Mi Cafecito Community Coffee Plantation. You'll learn how the project supports the local community and get to try their coffee products. After that, the van continues toward the Arenal region. You'll have the rest of the afternoon free, and tomorrow is completely open for whatever adventure activities interest you.

La Fortuna
Today is all yours in La Fortuna. There's a ton to do here if you want to stay active, from spotting local wildlife to taking in views of Arenal Volcano from different angles. You could hike, do water activities, or just wander around and see what catches your eye. Later in the evening, there's the option to relax in one of the local hot springs if you want to wind down after a busy day.

- Day 4
La Fortuna to Monteverde
You're heading out by van and boat through the landscape toward Monteverde Cloud Forest. The route takes you across Lake Arenal and into the mountains, so you'll get some nice views on the way. Once you arrive, spend some time getting oriented to the area. Tonight there's an included guided night walk where you'll learn about the creatures and plants that come alive after dark in the cloud forest.

- Day 5
Monteverde
You've got a free day to spend however you like in the cloud forest region. If you're up for thrills, you can try canopy ziplining or walk across the suspended bridges high up in the trees. Horseback riding through the hills is another option. Or if you'd rather take it easy, you can just enjoy being in this environment and soak it all in.

Monteverde to Quepos
The drive takes you to Quepos, which sits near Manuel Antonio National Park. You can spend your time visiting the park itself or head to the beach in this laid-back surf town. There are water activities to try, and in the evening you might check out the local scene, maybe even take a salsa lesson if that appeals to you.

Quepos to San José

Landmarks San José - Day 9
San José to Rincón de la Vieja
You're leaving San José early to get to Rio Celeste, which has those famous blue waters. Your CEO will lead a walk through the area where you can see the river and the surroundings. Lunch is included, then you continue to the Rincón de la Vieja area. Dinner happens at the lodge, and afterward there's a night walk on the trails so you can experience the jungle when it's active at night.

Rincón de la Vieja
After breakfast at the lodge, you're heading into Rincón de la Vieja National Park for a guided hike. You'll move through tropical and volcanic landscape while keeping an eye out for wildlife. Back at the hotel in the afternoon, you'll have free time on the property. Optional activities like ziplining, additional hikes, or cultural experiences are available if you want to do more.

Rincón de la Vieja to Playa Flamingo
After breakfast at the lodge, you're traveling to Playa Flamingo on the northern Pacific coast. When you get there, your CEO will lead an orientation walk so you can check out the town. The setup here is unique because the central area is actually a pristine beach that's protected by a large mangrove forest. The evening is free for you to explore on your own pace.

Playa Flamingo
You have a full day at Playa Flamingo with no scheduled activities. If you want to get out on the water, you can pre-book a catamaran excursion to see the coast from a different angle. Otherwise, the beach is there for swimming, sunbathing, or just relaxing however you like.
