It was disappointing that the hotels during the tour except for Rome where definitely not 4 star. At each destination we were left to explore on our own without any city tour involved by the tour guides. We were just shown our meeting point and then left to find any landmarks on our ow. Our tour information did not mention that we would be joining a different group at a certain point of the tour towards the end of which was disappointing as we just got to know the people on the tour and we were separated and many went on to join other tours. It was very confusing and we were left at the hotel to join another bus and it's group the next morning. This needs to be mentioned in the tour itinerary of this so we are aware of changes from the start. In terms of booking a pre night with your organization it would be feasible for the booking to be at the hotel you are leaving from for the tour. We arrived in rome and did not know if we were .been picked up from. The itinerary said one hotel and we were taken to a different hotel. This caused unnecessary stress. Your itinerary needs to be more clear of all these points I have my mentioned above. I had to keep asking what was happening via WhatsApp to ensure what was happening. I would think twice before booking another tour with your organization as I felt we were constantly wondering what was happening day to day especially when we were left in Naples and the guides could not tell us what time we would be joining the next tour bus in the morning.

Raid and Evan were great guides. They were with us for the first part of the trip. Showing us the best places to go and walking with us. Then 2 woman took over the trip. They did a lousy job being guides. They didn't talk to us much and didn't make sure we saw the best parts. The woman might as well have been the driver of the bus. I would go on another tour with Raid anytime.
