You'll arrive in South Korea and connect with your Trip Leader and the rest of the group. That evening, head to a welcome dinner featuring local Korean cuisine to get things started on this 8-day journey.

Seoul
Spend the full day exploring Seoul's main attractions with your Trip Leader. Start at Gyeongbok Palace to catch the changing of the guards, then walk through Bukchon Hanok Village before heading to Insa-dong and along Cheonggyecheon stream. If you want, rent a traditional hanbok outfit, then finish at a night market trying local street food.

DMZ
Get up early for a guided DMZ tour with your Trip Leader to learn about Korea's divided history and see North Korea from across the border, plus explore tunnels that were dug by North Korea. The afternoon is free to check out war-related sites or wander local parks. Later, head to Gwangjang Market for an evening feast of street food.

- Day 4
Seoul to Gyeongju
Travel to Gyeongju on a high-speed bullet train, then transfer to a Buddhist temple where you'll stay overnight. Learn about temple etiquette and traditions, participate in Sunmudo (meditative martial arts training), and have a vegetarian dinner prepared according to Buddhist dietary customs.

Take a late lunch at either Jagalchi Fish Market or Gukje International Market. An optional K-pop dance class runs in the evening if you want to learn moves from Blackpink and other groups.

The afternoon and evening are free to wander around and grab dinner, with bibimbap being a local specialty worth trying. You'll stay overnight in a traditional Hanok guesthouse with simple futon mattresses.
