Overall the tour was good. Would have liked our guides to be more cognizant of English speaking people on the tour. Most were aware to also speak in English but some were not. They were focusing on the Spanish and Portuguese population which I can understand and whereas we got a few sentences in English. The best tour guide was Irene, followed by Guitano, Raid, Mathias . Ava and Gildo were not that great for us. Aldo dropping us off at city center and having to spend 3-6 hours there with limited guidance of how to get back to the bus was a little traumatic. Not everyone had access to GPS and when you don’t have proper road signs one can get lost and miss the bus. In the future maybe loading maps to the bus parking area could be included in the app along with WhatsApp numbers of the guides would be well received.Show more

- For any tour departing before July 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
