Europamundo provides all passengers with a basic travel assistance insurance policy through Europ Assistance, which is valid from the start of Europamundo services until the end of the tour. However, we strongly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance that covers situations such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. When selecting a policy, we suggest a minimum coverage of USD 200,000 for repatriation and emergency rescue, as well as coverage for medical expenses, personal liability, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of personal belongings.

Couild you give me an idea of the tours you have in any part of the world that have a low single supplement cost? I looked at so many tours and the cost for a single room is quite high. Just wondering if there is a secret to travelling alone without huge extra cost.

The tour itself was ok, but the English Tour guide was Spanish speaking and was talking in Spanish half the time, even though there was a separate Spanish tour guide. Maybe the English guide should stick to speaking English only? Well the information provided by the guide was useless anyway and the guide was rambling about a lot of stuff that didn't make sense and after a day or two, we totally ignored the guide. It was a bit disturbing when the group kept changing often. Couldn't make friends this way. I did like the itinerary and all the places we visited. We booked a lot of optional tours and all of them were cancelled and they only informed us at the last minute. It is also a hassle to get the refund (take a while). So I had to scramble to book some of the tours we wanted to do elsewhere. If you have certain tours you absolutely want to do, make sure you book them elsewhere to make sure.Show more

The tour was fine, but it was a bit disturbing to see the tour group/tour guide/ tour bus change throughout the tour. We could not get used tot he changing group right after making friends and then see them leave. The English tour guide was from Spain and had a very thick Spanish accent. The guide was not very informative, was just rambling on and on about history stuff and did not make sense most of the time. The English guide was also speaking in Spanish half of the time and after a couple of days, I totally stopped listening to her. It was just a waste of time. Maybe they should have an English guide who spoke in English all the time and who make sense. The tour was fine in general except for the tour guide and the tour group changing. All of the pre-booked optional tours were cancelled at the last moment giving me very little time to find and arrange for alternative tours. The refund also take some time to be processed. I will not be booking any more optional tours with this company.Show more

Worst part of the tour was having my wife's passport, Driver's License, Credit Cards and cash stolen. Unfortunately, we believe it happened on the Europamundo bus when we stopped to visit the Coliseum in Rome. The Guide (Maribel) warned us about the pickpockets around the Coliseum and assured us that our things would be safe if we left them on the bus. We believe it was then that they were stolen. The wallet was wedged into the waist pack and the passport was secured in a pocket inside, making it almost impossible for a pickpocket on the street to get at those things no matter how good they are. So, we hold the Guide and Europamundo responsible. Fortunately, we were able to get an emergency passport in Florence, at great expense and inconvenience, missing the sights of Florence. Beyond that, the tour spent way too much time visiting places that are of no consequence while missing some of the great treasures of Italy - the Michelangelo statues in the Siena Cathedral because we arrived too late. Planning Monday in Florence when all of the museums are closed. Way too much time walking and shopping, way too little time seeing the timeless treasures of Italy.Show more

The guide was very good. She was attentive and organized. She was also upbeat and fun. The sites visited were excellent. The bus was comfortable. Those are the good points. The negatives include the fact that 2 hotels did not have restaurants. The biggest negative is the long hours on the bus with late arrivals at the hotel, often after 8pm. The group of 50 had only 11 English speaking guests so the majority of narrative was in Spanish. Too much bus time and not enough free time.Show more

This trip was incredible….A perfect balance of guided informational tours and free time for exploring your interests. The areas of Italy included were connected thoughtfully with stops in smaller villages between larger metropolitan cities. This divided the travel time into short segments and made the trips between cities enjoyable. We were greeted at the airport with enthusiasm and roses by Joseba and Maxie. Joseba provided us with great advice and then was with us with local Rome expert Mano for a lovely day. For the remainder of the trip our guide Jon was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and flexible and fun! The trip could not have been better and exceeded all expectations! Europomundo made quite an effort to begin this travel season with our tour of Italy and we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend their company and will travel with them again.Show more

Couild you give me an idea of the tours you have in any part of the world that have a low single supplement cost? I looked at so many tours and the cost for a single room is quite high. Just wondering if there is a secret to travelling alone without huge extra cost.

  Club Passenger: Enjoy a 5% discount on regular coach tours marked with the Passenger Club discount symbol. This offer does not apply to privatized or "Trip Styles" tours.
  - Seniors (65+): Discounts can be combined with the triple room discount.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
