There may be differences in the degree of comfort and the location, depending on the cities in question. However, barring exceptional circumstances, the hotels are always located in the centre of the cities visited or close to the centre, and in other cases they may be on the outskirts of the city, but always with good public transport connections to the city centre. The tour itself was great as in where we went and what we saw. But it was frustrating because it was a tour that was mainly in Portuguese and Spanish and then English at the end. I felt a little led astray by Tour Radar as it was not mentioned that this was not an English speaking tour when I purchased it. The frustrating part is that since there was only a half a dozen English speakers on the tour it feels like we missed a lot because English was not prioritized. Some of the tour guides would go on and on in Spanish and when it finally came time for them to explain it in English we had already left the site so it was confusing or they only told us a very small amount compared to how much they said in the other languages. Tour Radar should have done better to set expectations on their page about this tour. Also I would not recommend to any friends in the future to take a tour with Europamundo as they say they are multilingual but I don't believe they have it all figured out yet and if you only speak English, you will not get the full benefit of the tour guides.Show more

As it relates to the language barrier, we would like to remind you that Europamundo provides tours that are in the languages English, Portuguese, and Spanish, please note that our guides are trained and disciplined to deliver balanced information in all languages guaranteed on tour. We are sorry if you felt as if the other languages were prioritized, but we can assure you that this was not the case. The tour guide had to present in all the languages and often for non-native speakers, Spanish and Portuguese sound the same as 75% of the vocabulary is cognate. The tour guides inform us that they encouraged Spanish and Portuguese speakers to actively interact with English speakers, so they all could create a friendly atmosphere and a multicultural constructive experience. Besides that, the tour guide explained that they pay extra attention to the smaller number of participants according to their language, to make an extra effort for them to fully integrate with the dynamics of the tour, and activities carried out together as a group. The tour leader also mentioned that you did not bring this to his attention while you were on tour, if you had we are sure that the tour guide would have implemented measures in which you could feel more orientated. Our terms and condition are listed on our website and the travel agency is aware of the variety of products that we offer. We always encourage travel agencies to set the right expectations for passengers to avoid incidents like these from happening. We would like you to know that it was never our intention for you to feel this way or for your experience to be as such, we take great pride in providing the best service for our passengers. - For any tour departing before May 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
