  Overall this was a good experience for the price. The Dordogne region of France is so breathtakingly gorgeous that it seems to make everything else fade into the background. The guides were very informative and patient, the hotels were nice, space on the buses was a bit cramped but they were clean with some operators that took pride in them, and I wasn't as bothered as I thought I'd be that there was dinner included only twice. What could be improved is the communication between the guides and Europamundo because since the guides are dispatched all over the place according to the languages spoken on the buses, with some tours intersecting others, you can end up being on a bus where you may temporarily not hear your language spoken by the guides.Show more

  Saw some amazing places, beautiful little towns not often included in tour itineraries. Our guide Margaux was knowledgeable, friendly, and looked after us very well. She was happy to change the itinerary slightly to suit us. Highlights were Gauffre du Padirac, Collonges la Rouge and Rocamadour. The Dordogne region is particularly beautiful. Some of our group did the extended tour which included Normandy and Lourdes among other places and I wished I could have done this too.Show more

Our guide, Franck Zimmerman, was exceptional; he was very knowledgeable and nice; plus, he kept us informed about everything and made us feel like family.   I provided a rating already but I need to separate the rating amongst 2 guides; this one goes to Matheus. This guide provided excellent guidance for the short period he was assigned to us. His English was great, he impressed and enforced the limitations of time at each attraction to ensure timely return to our tour bus. And most of all he never left us. Thank you MatheusShow more

  Itinerary should contain more information providing specific data about places to be visited and what is provided and what may be expected additional costs. Should specifically advise travelers (especially experienced travelers) to convert monies to euros. Guides should be able to translate euros vs other currencies. If tour is ‘GUIDED’ the assigned guide should be present at all times or in close proximity of group they’re guiding.Show more

  Incorrect info of where we started tour. They told us to meet at hotel in Porte D'Italie in Paris and they had no...
  Incorrect info of where we started tour. They told us to meet at hotel in Porte D'Italie in Paris and they had no reservation there. So I spent 25 Euros to get to next hotel. Pls reimburse me for this. Then they said we wud meet 8-8:30 to start tour. Got a call while in shower at 7:15 am that bus was outside waiting.....you owe us a breakfast. Your was great, good spots; however info in English was not complete as three English people almost missed the pick up at train station on last day while Spanish people knew exactly where to meet. ( We were at main exit). Nice tour but my wife would not take another mixed/Spanish tour again due to language and she speaks fluent French/ English while I speak English / german. Upfront info/messages were weak for both this tour and the Ireland tour we took just prior to this tour and both were booked thru Tourradar and sourced out to Expat and Europamondo respectively. Tour had great content and did experience a lot of new things.Show more
