Yes – this tour includes travel by private vehicle, plane, and ferry, and the internal flights are already included in the trip price. The included activities are listed in the day-by-day itinerary, and in addition, there are a number of optional activities you can book on the ground. Accommodation is in standard hotels of a local 3-star level, with air-conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi in rooms or common areas, and in some cases, optional pool facilities. Please note this is a group adventure, not a private tour. If you're interested in arranging a private departure, our Tailor-Made team would be happy to assist (we generally require a minimum of 2 travelers).

Is the domestic flights included in the package? Is airport pick and drop off included? Can you help to book post night in NUUK for the September 14th? We need the names of the hotel at each location and the room types. Is possible to upgrade hotel if the hotel provided does not meet client's preferences?

Domestic flight is included in the cost. Arrival airport transfer is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost ($145). Departure transfer is complimentary. We can assist in arranging an additional night in NUUK. Hotel list includes Hotel SØMA Nuuk, Hotel SØMA Ilulissat, Hotel Disko Island, and Glacier Lodge. All rooms will be booked as standard twin share. We do not offer room upgrades, but you can upgrade at destination at your own expense.

I had called you on the Thursday before my tour starting August 31 because Margaret Handel and I had booked a room...
I had called you on the Thursday before my tour starting August 31 because Margaret Handel and I had booked a room for August 30 at the hotel in Deer Lake. We called the former Holiday Inn and they said they did not have our reservation.You said we did. To cover our asses, we booked another room just in case. When we got to Deer Lake they said they couldn’t find our reservation. Then all of a sudden they found it. But we couldn’t cancel the reservation Margaret Handel made so we had a place to stay. I had paid $405 for our room back in February and now Margaret had to pay for another room because it their ineptness. And to make matters worse her room was $150 LESS than what I had already paid. I told Natalie the whole story and she said she reported it. I think one of us is owed some kind of refund, I loved Natalie and the whole tour, but this left us upset with no one seemingly taking responsibility for anything. I would like this investigated. The hotel is the problem-not you. But you use this hotel.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
