- Meals
- Lunch (Buffet meal at lodge (if arrival before 10:30 a.m.); small packed lunch provided for late arrivals), Dinner (Buffet meal at lodge (if arrival before 5:30 p.m.))

- Mule or horseback ride
- Afternoon boat tour on Rio Novo or Rio Claro with paddling option

Pantanal to Porto Jofre - Full Day Jaguar Safari
- Meals

- Drive from UeSo Pantanal Lodge to Porto Jofre (approximately 107 km)
- Four-and-a-half-hour boat tour into Cerrado forests along Rio Cuiabá, Rio Tres Irmãos, Rio São Lourenço, and Rio Piquiri
- Transfer from lodge to Porto Jofre for jaguar-spotting day
