    Asked on April 4th, 2026

Can I get hotel list and cost for single traveler for this trip? Is it a group tour and what is the average size of group? Is the group same people during entire trip?

    Price / Availability
    Single supplement
    • UME Travel Co. LtdOperatorWritten April 2026

We usually arrange 4-star hotels for this itinerary to ensure a comfortable stay. As this is a private tour, the single supplement (single room cost) is quite high—usually close to half of the total package price. For solo travelers, this may not be the most cost-effective option. If you are open to joining a group tour, it would be much more budget-friendly.

For our group tours: The land transportation part is arranged in small groups, usually no more than 16 travelers. For the island hopping (sea tours) in the Philippines, these are operated as shared daily excursions, so you will join a different group each day and the boat group size is usually around 20 people, depending on the day's bookings.

Not exactly. The land part is small group based, but the sea tours are daily shared tours, so it will not be the same group of people or guide throughout the entire trip.

What Is the group tour size typically? I am not a confident swimmer but like snorkeling very much, do you think most of the water activities I can do with a life vest on?

    • UME Travel Co. LtdOperatorWritten April 2026

Regarding the group size of the group tour: for the land portion of the tour, the group is typically kept to no more than 16 people. For island hopping days, these are organized as shared boat tours each days, and the group size is also usually around 16 guests per boat.

As for snorkeling, no worries at all — life vests are provided and commonly used, especially for guests who are not strong swimmers. Many travelers in a similar situation still enjoy the experience comfortably, so you should be able to participate in most water activities without any problem.

what if I remove puerto princesa , what would the quote be in this case and would I fly from el nido back to Manila?

    • UME Travel Co. LtdOperatorWritten April 2026

At the moment, due to recent airline route adjustments, there are no longer direct flights from El Nido to Manila. Better keeping Puerto Princesa in the itinerary—this allows for a much smoother return, as you can fly directly from Puerto Princesa to Manila at the end of your trip.

If you prefer to end in El Nido, the alternative would be to fly from El Nido to Clark Airport (which is about 3 hours from Manila), and then arrange a 3-hour land transfer to Manila Airport to connect with your international flight.

In terms of pricing, if we revise the itinerary to end in El Nido (including the flight to Clark and the transfer to Manila), the total cost would be USD 6,574. As you can see, the price difference is not very significant, while the travel time and logistics become more complex.

    • UME Travel Co. LtdOperatorWritten April 2025

This tour is not a join group tour, is will be a private tour with some join group day tours inserted, meaning that most of the part there will be only yourself in the group, but some of the days when you join the day tours, there're others.
